How it works

 After you’ve declared, either you will receive the relevant paperwork and go to work, or if the answer after internal appeal which is included in all procedures, is finally negative, you can decide to stop the administrative procedure and challenge this negative decision.

If you challenge the negative position of the administration before the Administrative Tribunal (TA), this new procedure before the TA would then be run by Maître Philippe PLANES, Track and Flow partner lawyer, or one of our correspondents in another Member State, on the bases of the documents and exchanges we will have used for your initial declaration.

Price

We have determined a set cost for such administrative Court action for the amount of 850,00 euros payable: 450,00 euros on writing the initial set of conclusions and 400,00 at pleading time normally the following year.

Track and Flow members get a special rate at 680,00 euros payable 380 & 300 at pleading time.

This does not include costs and expenses linked to the pleading before the Court room (trip expenses, extra translation, or any other unexpected expense induced by the pleading day, ... ) that should be established in the region of 150 euros.

For perfect information, our partner lawyers have won many similar cases and the compensation is in the region of 1.200 euros which indeed covers the legal fees mentioned above. In fact, most EU citizens challenging administrative decisions do get their money back in the end !
