3. The procedure of “Free Service Delivery” (LPS)

INTRODUCED BY DIRECTIVE 2005/36/EC, THIS PROCEDURE CONCERNS EU CITIZENS WHO WISH TO REMAIN ESTABLISHED IN THEIR HOME MS PERMANENTLY, BUT COME TO THE HOST MS (FRANCE) FROM TIME TO TIME FOR SHORT PERIODS: 1 MONTH, 2 MONTHS OR EVEN A SEASON DURING A YEAR, TO DELIVER THEIR SERVICE TO THEIR OWN CLIENTS, LOCALS OR OF ANY NATIONALITY, WORKING FOR ANY EU OR NON-EU ORGANISATION.
