ERA (Academy of European Law) - Annual Conference on European Immigration Law

The Academy of European Law is a public foundation based in Trier, the oldest city in Germany since 1992.

ERA’s mission is to provide training in European Law, courses, seminars for legal practitioners of all professions. They address judges, prosecutors, in-house counsel and lawyers in private practice. The seminars help to a better understanding of the practice of European law and develop a mutual understanding witch will help shaping common European law culture in the European Union.

On the 6th of May 2021, they are organising their Annual Conference on European Immigration Law that aims to provide legal practitioners with an update on recent developments in the EU legal migration system and the mechanisms put in place to tackle labour and skills shortages and to reinforce the attractiveness of the EU for key workers. It will give them the opportunity to discuss current legal reforms with high-level experts in the field ;

Co-founder and senior partner of Immigration Law Associates, Tanel Feldman is specialised in European immigration matters, he is also a collaborator of the Track and Flow team. Tanel will be presenting a Brexit related topic at the ERA conference and has ask us to help him. He contacted us so that we could provide him with key and precise information concerning Brexit.
