Pierre-Louis Rey's Portrait, NOSC's ambassador.

Coming from the Ain department (Rhône-Alpes Auvergne region), Pierre-Louis, 24 yo, has studied Ecology in Chambéry, currently, in following a Doctorat in Lausanne (Switzerland), he is working for the protection of eco-systems as a researcher. Furthermore, the ambassador is very active and polyvalent emphasised by practising lots of physical activities: Mountain Winter Sports, Indoor Climbing then Outdoor Climbing when the sun is out, Running, whitewater disciplines, bicycle…and so on. Pierre-Louis also practises photography during his Outdoor excursions. 

Lately, he became NOSC Start-up’s ambassador thanks to his network. Thus, the brand saw it relevant to put Pierre-Louis among its representatives. He isn’t a sports professional but a researcher in ecology practising daily indoor and outdoor activities for pleasure. 

Since then, this Outdoor passionate got the opportunity to start a dialogue with the brand to represent it through photographs, Instagram posts, various sport events and to test NOSC’s products to participate to the improvement, « What is interesting with NOSC, is above all the listening, we know our point of view will be taken for account, relationships are horizontal. Besides, although I’m not an athlete, I’m taken seriously in my practice». 

In the same way, the eco-friendly mindset cultivated by NOSC matches Pierre-Louis’s. Indeed this friendly searcher is engaged for the environment, he acts every day for a better consumption in reducing packaging, eating organic, local, « I don’t buy special nuts and tea because the journey’s carbon footprint to import them is too important ». His daily travels are by bike when it’s possible, if not by public transports and in last resort, by car. Finally, Pierre-Louis limits his consumption by having a minimalist point of view about goods, « The main problem remains the over-consumption, if we try to buy only what we need and to come back to home-made products, we could prevent big difficulties encountered nowadays ».
