Freedom of Establishment
We will need several documents in order to handle your dossier, please send us these documents via email:
copy of a valid EU passport;
a passport type photo;
a criminal record dated less than 3 months;
copy of a qualification that allows it’s holder to work for remuneration in an EU
MS, plus information concerning the corresponding training such as a brief
summary of the matters included;
if neither the profession nor the training is regulated in the MS of delivery,
evidence of 1 year of professional experience during the last 10 years; if the professional experience is less than 1 year in the last 10, evidence of corresponding Lifelong Learning even as a volunteer;
a medical certificate dated less than 3 months, certifying that there is no counter-indication to the practicing and teaching the concerned activity;
any evidence from a school, language school, A level, GCSE, lawyer, notary, your trade organization, ... that you adequately speak the official language of the host MS to call up a rescue patrol in case of emergency. Evidence that you have worked in the host MS in any job for say 2 or 3 months would do the trick as well; French administration can only check your language level AFTER they have recognized your qualification.
